I could not ask for a more polite and confident person to take on the roll of selling my property , at a very quiet time in the market , Brian continued to stay positive throughout the process. Very approachable agent , would not hesitate with dealing with Brian again with further property enquires.
From the first time speaking with Brian it was obvious he was a caring and knowledgeable person. It was difficult for us living some distance from Bathurst, however, Brian kept in constant touch, even after we had made our offer on the property. He has a good grasp and knowledge of the industry and exactly what we required. A genuine nice guy.
Brian was extremely helpful and honest he was so understanding with my elderly parents. He took into consideration, their emotional attachment to the house, and their anxiety of selling there home of nearly 50 years. He's consideration of their feelings was a big help. He's advice on what to do with the house in preparing it for sale was extremely helpful and saved a lot of time and effort, when we had very little time to spare.
