Brian's experience in the local market and his honesty in his dealings with us were much appreciated. He communicated very well throughout the selling period through open inspections, after hours face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails. His advice as to what to do and, more importantly, what not to do in purchasing the property we bought saved us a lot of time, effort, and money. He did what he said he would and showed a willingness to do that little bit extra such as contacting the Body Corporate and Property Managers to get repairs completed prior to settlement, and providing timely documentation to our conveyancer. We developed a very good relationship with Brian and we ended up feeling sorry that the purchase process was ended. We thoroughly recommend Brian Sellars to any prospective client.
