Maintains: - Brian demonstrated great flexibility in scheduling three property viewings to accommodate my family's need to experience the property firsthand, this was a huge factor to the family and I purchasing the property. - Brain consistently delivered timely and pertinent information whenever I had concerns or questions about the property. He maintained effective communication with the homeowners, ensuring that I received prompt responses and clarifications. Improves: - On certain occasions during the inspections, Brian appeared somewhat distant while we were physically present at the property. Whether this was due to his own time constraints with work or a perception that we might not be serious buyers, I acknowledge that the agent's role is to filter potential buyers. However, I suggest that fostering a more attentive relationship between the potential buyer and agent could have added a touch of care to the process.
