It was not an easy situation - Brian was representing the Vendor who would be paying him and he was so attentive to what I was requiring you would have thought he was getting paid by me. There was no set value on the property when we started and he still gave his full attention to the Vendor. He listened to what I wanted and took it to the Vendor in a way that sort of drew the buyer and I together rather than fighting against each other. It was quite masterly and a demonstration of his many years in the Real estate rat race, someone that would tell you the truth. He was easy to deal through being quick to return calls and at all times keeping me in the loop. Well done I would say.
