I recently had Briolynn as my agent selling my home. I found that she went over and above the role of an agent particularly since it was a difficult sale with a few compilations. Bri's communication was fantastic keeping me up to date throughout inspections. I would certainly recommend Briolynn as a great real estate agent with a very positive attitude to getting the best possible price for the seller. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

As a buyer, dealing with real estate agent is always a bit tricky as they obviously represent the seller interests. However, dealing with Bri was very pleasant and she showed great professionalism and communication throughout the process. We did appreciate she worked very late so we could fine tune the last details and not push the exchange of contracts by another day. Even though it was not to our benefit as we were pushing to buy, she took the time to call all interested parties thoroughly and showed great respect to both her vendor and also to all who were interested in the property. If I were to sell a property I would definitely be happy to have Bri representing us.

Finding Briolynn amongst the ruthless industry of Real Estate was a dream. We had time and time again worked with Real Estate Agents that said they "cared for buyers" but what they only really cared about was their commission - it was clear they favoured the "sellers" and their wallets. Most Real Estate agents we had worked with felt like used car salesman where they are totally ok to lie to you and push you for more and more. Briolynn was straight up and on the same level as you (being a buyer) from the beginning. She constantly made regular contact with updates and relaying messages from the seller. We for the first felt like we were the priority. We were able to be honest with her and let our guard down a little to show that the process of buying is difficult - Bri was supportive and understanding of all the emotions that go with buying a house. It didnt stop there.. we got regular texts post purchase, a generous gift and a letter of support and congratulations - i cant speak more highly of working with Bri. I can honestly say that if you find a house you like listed under an agent that Bri works for then you will be working with the best! I dont intend on going on another journey of buying a house anytime soon but when i do i certainly hope i luck in with getting Bri again! And that goes for selling my house - we will be knocking on Bri's door.
