Honest agent who got the job done!

After reaching out to a few agents when we were considering putting our investment property on the market, Brodie was by far the most responsive. He took the time to talk me through the market, our options and the approach he would take. From the beginning, he came across as honest and genuine, rather than simply trying to win our business. Although we weren’t ready to sell straight away, Brodie continued to keep in touch without ever making us feel pressured, which we really appreciated. I was also impressed with his knowledge and the regular communication and market updates he provided via email. Once we signed up with Brodie, he was great to deal with. His communication was consistent, and he always provided honest and helpful feedback. As we didn't live close to the property, we were especially grateful for the extra effort Brodie put in to make sure everything was taken care of. From helping coordinate with the styling company, open homes and ensuring everything was in order as settlement approached, he really made the process as easy as possible for us. In the end, he managed to sell our property for the price we wanted, even in a slowing market!
