All marketing was very engaging and we thought it presented our property honestly and at its best, but still with quality surprises for the open home sessions. Bronwen is highly professional, knowledgable and personable to work with. We were in an estate situation and she immediately understood the implications of that without needing to be reminded. She was reasonable to deal with during the sales agreement negotiation phase, was (with the rest of the Wahroonga Di Jones team) communicative during the promotion and marketing phase. She (with her team) handled the auction process with an expertise clearly born of experience. Bronwen knows the area's market well, and demonstrated a good understanding of the prospective buyers and their respective interests. She worked extremely hard during the marketing/house showing phase. (There was very strong interest in the house which kept her very busy). The end result was a price significantly higher than the quoted "valuation". Bronwen managed our vendor expectations well, indicating that she expected the property would very likely sell for higher than market research might indicate, but also explaining the factors that might keep a lid on the price. She did not manage to report back as frequently as she'd planned during the marketing phase but, using the dynamic link she provided to her house viewing data, I was able to ascertain that the numbers viewing the house were such that she was kept busy following them up which, of course, was her most important job. I have therefore ranked her communication highly. Bronwen was not the cheapest agent we sought proposals from (though was within the going rate), and nor did she quote the highest price for the property, but her knowledge, presentation, and professional but friendly style - together with her sensible practical advice regarding preparing the property - convinced me to go with her. We were very happy our choice (and told her so prior to the auction. Our satisfaction with her work, in other words, is not contingent on the price we got - but that price was the icing on the cake.)

While this review comes from a buyer, it is probably more useful for vendors: Aside from being very responsive and helpful as per other reviews, what I think Bronwen is most valuable for, is to manage to negotiate with potential buyers to get to the optimal outcome while ensuring a deal is reached. She reads the market, and possibly potential buyers, really well in my opinion.
