I chose Brooke based on her recent sale result within the same complex and initially desired an off market sale. Brooke was able to deliver and then delivered again when we changed tactic and went to market. Brooke and Eliza are upfront with their methodology and deliver accordingly. I would like to see a couple of the emails sent to be tweaked slighting as some details could be more personalised away from the template used. Didn't get a bottle of champers but with the nett result I can afford my own :)

Our experience with Brooke as our sales agent was absolutely wonderful. As a licensed agent from NSW myself I have definitely seen my fair share of your average agents. With Brooke this is definitely not the case. She belongs up at the top with the highest rated Agents for QLD. From the beginning of our journey with her, she was lovely to speak to, very genuine, honest and we were able to speak your truth with her. We were under contract from the first open home! 35 Days from our property going on the market for sale to settlement being finalised!! From the get go Brooke took control of our situation and applied her own game plan too it. I remember one of our first conversations, she said “I do things a special way, I am a little different in the way I do things. I have found that it works and I will only come to you when I know that I have the best result, you leave this part up to me”.. so we did…. and what she achieved was completely unexpected. We are still ecstatic about the results, we walked away with 6 figures in our account!! That is the brilliance Brooke is capable of. But let’s not forget Eliza, her PA & back bone, all communications, paperwork, back and forth queries and 8pm phone calls were all dealt with in such a professional way.
