Brooke is a good Agent, she has good skills and very very flexable. Brookes only flaw that I experienced was the none return of phone calls. now that could be due to her office receptionest not passing on information.
When my big brother & I trawled through Bulahdelah & surrounds across a couple of months in search of the ideal home for his retirement, Brooke & her very knowledgeable local team demonstrated incredible patience to our endless queries & requests. Cattle smart Ebony even stopped us falling into the trap of believing we could run a small herd on our 900sqm block ;) At the end of the day, far more than feeling like we had simply received a great real estate service, we really felt we had met some helpful neighbours.
