Brooke made purchasing a rural property an absolute breeze & was extremely helpful an all aspects of our purchase. She clearly communicated our concerns to the vendor and promptly returned their comments back to us. The sale process was a little drawn out due to some issues with our bank funding, however Brooke was in constant communications with both us and the vendor, so we all understood what was happening. We would have no objection in recommending Brooke to any of our friends & would be more than pleased to use Brooke for any future purchases in the area.
