I recently dealt with Brooke in the acquisition of a unit in Rocklands Road, Wollstonecraft. Brooke was straight forward, professional, and ran an excellent open home with the right information ready - Strata reviews, strata reports, contracts etc. As Buyers Agent I often see these components missing, it fosters faster decision making. Negotiations were met with expedient replies and she maintained her position for the Vendor which is respected being pragmatic and solution focused on areas of the property shortcomings. Her communication and back office process was excellent - text, phone and emails - rare these days but essential. The transaction was smooth and efficient. Other agents could take note.
