I think I was lucky to have Bruce as my agent. He was highly recommended by a family member for whom he had sold houses in the past. I found Bruce to be very efficient as an agent. He was friendly, made me r4elax whenever I got uptight about the selling process and he gave me confidence that everything would work out well and that I would get the price I was asking. I met with a fair few agents before selling my house and Bruce is the best agent I have ever worked with and I cannot compliment enough for the service he provided me . He was very polite and patient with my queries while I was panicking throughout the process and was always there guiding me throughout the selling process. He even helped me organize the tradies and staging making my life much more easier . The fees were very reasonable and Bruce had much more in depth knowledge of the area and housing markets . He always set up realistic expectations for the selling price but sold the property for lot more than expected . He even helped me out after the sale of the house by arranging with the vendor to be able to stay in the house for few days which was such a life saver . He is very passionate about his job and is very compassionate and respectful . I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell their place . He is the best real estate agent in Adelaide.

Bruce was my initial contact with Smallacombe when I decided to sell my house and move to a retirement village. From the beginning Bruce was very helpful and answered all my questions as they occurred to me. He also gave me a list of things to do - like informing friends and firms about change of address, thinking about changes to insurance, gas and electricity bills etc. He arranged photography of the inside and outside of the property causing me little disruption. Inspections were carried out with the minimum of fuss and I was kept informed of the numbers of viewers and the possible interest shown. The day of the auction went smoothly and the house was sold rapidly.
