She achieved exceptional results by providing realistic advice and assessment of value, then following through to recommend what was needed in terms of improvement prior to going to market. Her strength is in identifying the factors that will really make a difference for the sale of a property and knowing what work needs doing and then helping to facilitate that through a team of people she has that can transform a property ready for sale. I never write reviews, in fact this is one of my first. I am writing this because my experience of Kris's service was so exceptional that I would recommend her to anyone in the real estate business.
