I've bought and sold many properties over a 30-year period. I can say that working with Kris was the most positive experience I've had - it was outstanding. She achieved exceptional results by providing realistic advice and assessment of value, then following through to recommend what was needed in terms of improvement prior to going to market. Her strength is in identifying the factors that will really make a difference for the sale of a property and knowing what work needs doing and then helping to facilitate that through a team of people she has that can transform a property ready for sale. I never write reviews, in fact this is one of my first. I am writing this because my experience of Kris's service was so exceptional that I would recommend her to anyone in the real estate business.

Zach was helpful and always made us feel welcomed through out the whole process of both purchase and sale, he was never pushy and went beyond and above being available anytime we needed, including on his days off. We highly recommend Zach, He exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home, getting us well above asking price. Zach is laid back but in a professional way, great agent and top bloke all around.
