Bruce demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the area, was knowledgeable and able to offer clear and correct advice in all matters relating to the sale of the house. He was able to organise window cleaning and carpet steaming in a matter of hours that was comparable in price to other quotes (and even perhaps a bit cheaper!). Fantastic work and wish there were more real estate agents like Bruce.

Bruce is such a energetic, professional & well organized gentleman! Very impressive when we firstly met, his confidence & clear thinking made us trust him well! He never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way! We gave him very tight time frame to list our property prior to Christmas and he made it! He organized everything - staging, touching up, cleaning, photoshooting, etc. in a couple of days! During the campaign, he attended every single open session, report to us immediately and followed up with each potential buyer by himself, gave us very detailed report on weekly basis.
