I first met Special Agent Bruce 10 months before the sale of my late mothers home, when I called on Bruce for an appraisal of Mum’s home to get an understanding of her ability to purchase an apartment in an aged care village. A few short weeks ago my brothers and I were faced with the daunting task of dealing with the preparation and sale of our late father's property in Wheelers Hill, Victoria. The property included a huge solid brick house, which was very dated and in need of much maintenance, repairs and freshening up. The yard was also in a terrible state of neglect. Marketing this property was going to be a major challenge to realise a respectable sale price. We sought the advice of several, local, real estate agents.
