I first met Special Agent Bruce 10 months before the sale of my late mothers home, when I called on Bruce for an appraisal of Mum’s home to get an understanding of her ability to purchase an apartment in an aged care village. Not long after the appraisal COVID 19 hit the world and we faced many months of lock down, then Mum fell ill and eventually passed away. Of course during this period everything stalled for approximately 8 months. During this period Bruce was very understanding, sympathetic and never pushy. A few short weeks ago my brothers and I were faced with the daunting task of dealing with the preparation and sale of our late father's property in Wheelers Hill, Victoria. The property included a huge solid brick house, which was very dated and in need of much maintenance, repairs and freshening up. The yard was also in a terrible state of neglect. Marketing this property was going to be a major challenge to realise a respectable sale price. We sought the advice of several, local, real estate agents.
