I first met Special Agent Bruce 10 months before the sale of my late mothers home, when I called on Bruce for an appraisal of Mum’s home to get an understanding of her ability to purchase an apartment in an aged care village. A few short weeks ago my brothers and I were faced with the daunting task of dealing with the preparation and sale of our late father's property in Wheelers Hill, Victoria. The property included a huge solid brick house, which was very dated and in need of much maintenance, repairs and freshening up. The yard was also in a terrible state of neglect. Within three weeks of going to market, Bruce's efforts in pursuing customers, not only through open days but also through after hours chasing potential buyers, resulted in a sale prior to auction. Despite the original marketing challenges presented by the nature of the property, the sale price achieved by Bruce exceeded all of our expectations.
