However in my case, he gave me the impression that my property which was fetching $1,000,00.00 12 months ago, could confidently fetch between $900,000.00 to $950,000.00. Because of the prevailing climate in the housing market this target was not possible to reach and it eventually sold for $880,000.00. We are satisfied that this was a fair price.
