Up to date and good knowledge

I got on very well with Bruce as an agent and he seemed to be very skilled in his profession. However in my case, he gave me the impression that my property which was fetching $1,000,00.00 12 months ago, could confidently fetch between $900,000.00 to $950,000.00. Because of the prevailing climate in the housing market this target was not possible to reach and it eventually sold for $880,000.00. We are satisfied that this was a fair price.
