He is very efficient and effective. A few days they can get all paper work done. My house is up for sale via auction but they are very pro active engaged with any potential buyers who put any offer in. Communication is definitely the best I have never experienced. You do not need to go through the reception to switch the call like some other agents. They responded the text and call immediately.
