After a failed auction, Bruce was called in to replace one of our listing agents. His dedication to sell our home was commendable - he even came in once at 8pm to show a buyer around. Bruce managed to secure a sale within a week of coming on board. He has a good way with people and seems to be a good negotiator. Selling our home was not a great experience. We did not come close to the price that we were quoted but if not for Bruce, we may not even have a had a sale at all at such short notice.

Nearly 40 groups inspected the house over 4 weeks, so we had a good number of bidders at the auction. Auctioneer, Andrew Dimashki, prepared us for auction day and ensured that no bidder missed out on the opportunity to buy our house, managing to sell at a good, but fair, price. The whole process, from signing up to sale, took only seven weeks. This was only possible with the hard work and professionalism of Bruce, Cherise and Andrew and I would highly recommend them.
