After a failed auction, Bruce was called in to replace one of our listing agents. His dedication to sell our home was commendable - he even came in once at 8pm to show a buyer around. Bruce managed to secure a sale within a week of coming on board. He has a good way with people and seems to be a good negotiator. Selling our home was not a great experience. We did not come close to the price that we were quoted but if not for Bruce, we may not even have a had a sale at all at such short notice.

We found Bruce to be professional, hard working, trustworthy, respectful and polite. He works in a team with Cherise Wong and Andrew Dimashki, supported as well by the wider Harcourts team. We chose Harcourts because Bruce and Cherise impressed us with their professionalism and their willingness to listen to our needs and concerns. They put together a marketing campaign and helped us to prepare the house for photos and inspection. Selling our home of 24 years was stressful for us and they were supportive and attentive throughout. As listing agent, Bruce worked through the Harcourts database of purchasers, followed up all the groups that inspected the house and prepared weekly reports for us. Nearly 40 groups inspected the house over 4 weeks, so we had a good number of bidders at the auction. The Harcourts auction process is a carefully planned and well managed event, drawing on support from other Harcourts agents. Auctioneer, Andrew Dimashki, prepared us for auction day and ensured that no bidder missed out on the opportunity to buy our house, managing to sell at a good, but fair, price. The whole process, from signing up to sale, took only seven weeks. This was only possible with the hard work and professionalism of Bruce, Cherise and Andrew and I would highly recommend them.
