We can't rate Bruno high enough! He has incredibly in depth knowledge of the local real estate market, is very open and transparent, and possesses excellent communication skills. He's a true professional who went out of his way by conducting additional house open inspections for clients who were not otherwise able to make the scheduled appointment times. How many agents conduct inspections at 8 p.m. on a Friday night like this fellow?? We don't know of one. Also, our sale was had some difficulties along the way but Bruno rose to the challenges and far exceeded our expectations both on service delivery and price! We have sold properties before but didn't receive anywhere near this superior callibre of personal service. We will definitely engage Harcourts again! Thanks Bruno and the team!

I met Bruno 4 times before the auction – he was very patient with me wanting to see the apartment numerous times, and had helpful advice and good knowledge of the area.

Bruno is a really hardworking agent and he has great knowledge about the real estate market. He had managed to exceed the price range that we've estimated for the property and the thing is, the deal was closed at around 9pm on weekdays (unlike some other agents where they will not even pick up your calls after office hours).

Bruno was fantastic to work with as I navigated the purchase of my first property. His kind and caring nature is complemented by his efficiency and excellent communication. No question felt too silly and his enthusiasm for property and community was infectious!
