My husband and I recently purchased our first investment property which was sold by Bruno and the Harcourts First team. From the moment we initially expressed interest in the property, Bruno went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable with the process and answered all our questions (no matter how silly). Though we know he was hired to represent the vendors' interests, we nonetheless found him earnest, forthright and understanding. He is obviously very experienced and professional (and undoubtedly has worked with a lot more prestigious purchasers than us!), but still approchable and never made us feel like we were wasting his or the vendors' time. He is also quite responsive and returns texts and phone calls promptly; I never had to worry that I wouldn't be able to get ahold of him. Suffice it to say, I sometimes forgot that we weren't Bruno's clients since he provided such personable, attentive service, and I really don't think we would have made it through the strange new world of auctions, price negotiation and pre-purchase inspections without his help. We would engage Bruno in a heartbeat! I've encountered my fair share of fast-talking agents and therefore tend to be a bit cynical of those I meet, but Bruno treated us like family from the start and I am grateful to him for making this experience as pleasant as possible.
