I purchased a property listed by Bryan 4 years ago. Since then he kept me well updated on how the market was doing in my area (at my request). When I was ready to sell I went through Bryan again and was very glad I did. He was very experienced and sold the property within a week of it being on the market for a very good price. I would definitely recommend Bryan to anyone looking to sell their property.

Bryan provided great market knowledge which allowed an excellent result with the sale. Through out the process, there was great communication and I didn’t feel I was in the dark.

Bryan was an easy going no fuss type of agent. We purchased a property from Bryan and were pleased with his knowledge and experience of the current market.

Bryan has been very accommodating during the entire sale of the property. He answered questions both from myself and my brother and followed-up on us when needed.

We have recently sold a property through Bryan Reed and Raine Horne agency. Bryan’s service to us, both as purchasers (originally), and later as sellers, has been exceptional. We were kept fully informed during the entire process, with updates, common sense advice and sound recommendations that resulted in a successful settlement. We highly rate Bryan’s efficient and competent service, and have no hesitation in giving him the strongest recommendation.

Bryan made selling my first property a seamless and stress-free experience. Bryan is experienced, open and transparent and kept me up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

I found Bryan Reed to be a honest and fair real estate agent for both the buyer of our property and us. You can't ask for anything more then that. Will use again. Have trust in this man. AAA+++

Bryan is a dedicated professional to achieve your goals. He has the market knowledge and great communication. Highly recommend!

Always pleased to deal with Bryan. Bryan is a top agent offering excellent service. Strongly recommended.

Bryan made the first home buying experience as easy as possible for me. From our first meeting on the open day to the day of settlement, he made himself available to give advice, attend the building inspection and to generally facilitate the process. I would highly recommend Brian to potential buyers in this area.

I have had lots of experience dealing with Real Estate Agents over the years, and found Bryan to be personable, helpful, honest, and 100% committed to action any issue, he said he would. One of the best i have ever dealt with.

Bryan demonstrated a consistent professional approach over a fairly long period that my St Lucia unit was on the market. His local knowledge was very good and he provided sound advice on the current market and pricing expectations of buyers. After every open house, Bryan called to update me on buyer interest and follow-up private inspections. He also sent through weekly vendor reports via email so that all activity could be tracked. I would recommend Bryan to other vendors looking for a professional, considerate, and no-nonsense approach to selling their property in the Brisbane West area.
