As a first home buyer, I was new to the processes involved in purchasing a property. Fortunately Bryan was very nice and helpful, making everything very straightforward and efficient. I was very pleased with the service that I received and would recommend him to others.
My wife and I sold a property recently through Bryan Reed and we’re very satisfied with the whole process. Bryan is professional, courteous, efficient, and possesses valuable local knowledge. He had a good grasp of our expectation right from the beginning. Bryan did not promise us the world and yet able to deliver a result beyond our belief. We have no hesitation in recommending Bryan

Selling our property with Bryan was a straight forward, easy process. Bryan operated in a professional, polite efficient manner at all times, and along with the team at Raine & Horne kept us well informed and up to date. I will be more than happy to engage Bryan and the team at Raine & Horne in the future.
Had attention to detail and regularly communicated. Also isn't full of hot air/sales talk. Sale prediction was slightly higher than sold price but only by 1-5%
I had a good experience working with Bryan to sell my property in Toowong. He knows the local market well, provided good communication and guided us through the process through to sale. I would be happy to use Bryan again.
