When I first came across Bryce he had just sold a house in my area, and had popped a letter in my letterbox. I was interested in an appraisal, and was impressed by how motivated and professional he was, but wasn’t ready to sell at that time. I didn’t feel pressured at all, it was actually knowing that I had found a great agent and that he would be ready when I was. So when the time came to sell my home I rang Bryce, we met again and he talked me through all the details, from the actual process of selling to changes in where the market was at when I first contacted him to this time. He was very honest with me about the changes in the market and was very realistic. Bryce is professional, friendly, motivated, hard working and a great communicator. Nothing was a drama. It took me about 6 months from me contacting him again to having the house ready for photos, and the whole time he was available to ask questions, and talk to about the process. When it was photo time it all happened very quickly, before I knew it he had found a buyer, negotiations were hassle free and all ran very smoothly.
