When I first came across Bryce he had just sold a house in my area, and had popped a letter in my letterbox. I was interested in an appraisal, and was impressed by how motivated and professional he was, but wasn’t ready to sell at that time. I didn’t feel pressured at all, it was actually knowing that I had found a great agent and that he would be ready when I was. So when the time came to sell my home I rang Bryce, we met again and he talked me through all the details, from the actual process of selling to changes in where the market was at when I first contacted him to this time. He was very honest with me about the changes in the market and was very realistic. Bryce is professional, friendly, motivated, hard working and a great communicator. Nothing was a drama. It took me about 6 months from me contacting him again to having the house ready for photos, and the whole time he was available to ask questions, and talk to about the process.
