He worked with us and our furniture and belongings to make each room and the garden the best it could be. It took a bit of work on our part but was well worth the effort. Once the property was launched, Bryce kept us informed at every turn. We always knew what was happening, he was straight with us in terms of the people who came through and their response to the property, and was always measured in his communication. We had one preview and two home opens which resulted in a number of solid offers on the property. Bryce gave up his Saturday evening to call over and go through each offer, so we could understand each one fully, while being clear that the final decision rested with us. Within 5 days of accepting an offer, the building inspection and valuation had been completed as per the buyers’ needs, and their finance approved. A SOLD sticker went up on the Friday. The entire process was fast and efficient, but we never once felt rushed or pressured. Bryce fully earned our respect with his professionalism, diligence and communications.
