Can honestly say of all dealings we have had with various agents over the years, Sally was by far the most impressive. She consistently went above and beyond for us. We had a ridiculously short time frame to sell, through a tornado, floods and New Years and she nailed it! Wouldn't deal with anyone else in the Hope Island area.

Sally proved to be efficient, however she was not the most friendly or compassionate agent I have dealt with. My mother witnessed a phone call between her and I when she was on speaker and she was appalled at the way in which Sally had spoken to me. The process had already been more than I could handle at the time and I was feeling quite emotional about the sale of my current home and purchase of the new one through Sally, and sadly her lack of empathy and abruptness left a bad taste in my mouth for agents in general. It has not been a pleasant experience at all.
