Over the years our interactions with Estate Agents haven't been positive, but then we met Sally. I can honestly say I haven't met someone like her and doubt we will again. We first met Sally at a property we thought we liked, but she spent the time getting to know us and knew it wasn't for us and suggested another property which we fell in love with and purchased through Sally. We have now chosen to move for more space and closer to school and wouldn't have sold our property through anyone else but Sally. She goes the extra mile, has always been at the end of the phone for guidance, has provided us with so much of her expertise and experience when trying to buy a new house, our only regret was we weren't able to buy our house through her. She is the best on the Coast, very knowledgeable on the area, the industry, property values and she is just wonderful to deal with too. There is no bravado or ego, just a genuine wish to place people in their home of dreams. Thanks so much Sally and team.

Sally O’Neill handled two sales for us our purchase of an apartment, and the sale of our home at 10 Abel Tasman Place HOLLYWELL. It has been a dream run , with Sally’s professional knowledge and caring personality, all aspects of our move and sale have been well planned.

Sally has been just amazing for us. She has guided us through every step of the process. She has been responsive to all questions, not matter how silly they were and sometimes late at night. She has truly gone above and beyond. We could not be happier with our experience. A job well done. We would not hesitate in recommending her.

This agency knows the market very well and we're very helpful rearranging furniture to create the sale of our home. Their Communication was excellent and we heard back promptly with inspections.

Sally was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Communication was excellent. Thanks Sally for the professionalism and to the team for selling our house so quickly and achieving a price that met expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Belle property again. Clive and Maryanne J

We found dealing with Sally and Maisie to be a very pleasing and efficient experience with both going out of their way to help with all of our needs. A special mention to Maisie who proved to be especially helpful with everything that we asked of her.

Didn't ask the seller for exit/bond clean, Didn't obtain the requested documents from the seller.

The team is very quick and efficient. It is very helpful to realize the transaction.Timing is good. In short, I am very pleased with the service offered by the team.

Sally was fantastic helping us find a property that met our needs in a very challenging market for buyers. Her communication along the journey was exceptional and kept frayed nerves at bay. Her ability to negotiate and her fairness ensured a good outcome for all. Highly recommended
