Sam took on selling my property after a previous agent had not managed to complete a sale. There were some covenants on my property that put some prospective buyers off but Sam was able to get across to potential buyers that the covenants are not a hinderance but rather an enhancement to the property and to the neighbourhood. From the moment I called Sam about a property I was interested in, he was very helpful and supplied plenty of information on the property, location and some market feedback. Over the course of 2 to 3 weeks he conducted prompt communication between the vendor and myself to establish a final contract of sale. It was a good experience.
