When the house we finally purchased came up for sale we called and made arrangements on a weeknight to see it. We found the house to be exactly as described and made an offer soon after. There were no games, no nonsense, no imaginary other buyers, we felt it was fairly priced and the owners soon accepted making it a win-win-win for the sellers, us and Sam. Sam made arrangements for us to inspect the house again at an odd time which worked for us and ensured the house was ready to be moved into on settlement. He has continued to come through for us as new members of the Rye community by providing suggestions on local contacts and businesses.
