Sam had a total vision for our property, from preparation pre sale to sale. As we did not want to go to Auction he listened and worked with us. He understood current market trends and was able to recommend a great marketing package which was the cheapest out of all the Real Estate companies in the area. He did not use fancy advertising and waste money, and sold on the first open inspection weekend, for above the asking price. Sam was open to working together to prepare the house for sale.
