Don't ever be deterred by agents fees. They may seem expensive compared to other agents but you absolutely get what you pay for. You need an agent that is 100% working for you, especially in an easy market when a house can appear to sell itself. If you have an experienced negotiator and marketer then you will reap the rewards. I actually did not appreciate how good Sam Towns was until I started looking for a house to buy after the sale of my own house. There are agents that stand at the front door of a house with a clip board and take names and then send a text and then there are agents that genuinely care that you are a buyer. My agent told me that any agent that sells a house before an open home is not doing their job. I totally 100% agree. I have subsequently seen houses sold prior to the open home and when I see the amount received I have realised that I was prepared to pay more. Now that's a lazy agent. As I have previously said, you get what you pay for.
Very happy with the professional service received from Sam and his team at Petrusma Property. Pick a superlative and use it to describe Sam, doesn't matter which because he's probably it. I would engage Sam to sell my property again without hesitation.
Most of our dealings were with Britt, who was very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. We needed some extra information and multiple inspections and nothing seemed to be any trouble.
