It is very rare in my encounters with a selling agent that I will find someone who, having dealt with them, that I would consider using them for my own property sale in the future. Sam was very professional and accommodating, providing a conduit through which all parties, (in a complicated sale), could find a positive agreement. I know that throughout the process he worked in the best interest of his clients, however we still felt as though his intention was to get a positive outcome for us also. This is a rare balance to find, and not only will I be using Sam for any of my future property sales, but I will also be passing on the management of my rentals to him and his team.
