Sanjeev is an extremely competent real estate agent I have ever worked with! I recently sold our property with Sanjeev. I was mainly impressed with his ongoing communication throughout the whole sale process, punctuation, commitment and professionalism. I would highly recommend Sanjeev to anyone.

He has good skills in selling but not listening however he likes to listen the hard way.

We would highly recommend Sanjeev as a very professional and committed real estate agent. Our sale was a tricky one, and Sanjeev was always so confident that he would be able to get us a sale for an amount we were very happy with. Throughout the entire process, Sanjeev worked tirelessly with open homes and private inspections, and many after hours meetings with potential buyers, and countless follow up calls, whilst building a great rapport with our tenants and always keeping us up to date with progress and buyer feedback. He made us feel as though we were his only clients. We really appreciated Sanjeev's calm reassurance and positive attitude throughout the entire process and would be very happy to work with him again in future.

I had a great experience with Sanjeev on the sale of our house. There were moments of stress and uncertainty but Sanjeev made the whole process very smooth for us. He is agile and kept us updated on very development that took place. He advised us to have right expectations and got us the price that we expected and that also within reasonable time frame and the house was sold within 2 months. I still tend to take Sanjeev's advice now and then on real estate matters :). I would definitely recommend Sanjeev to anybody that I know.

I remember how emotional the sale was being our family home. Sanjeev was always there to guide us along the way. We had been on the market with three agents previously and no agent had been able to sell our home. Backing a main road, and being a battleaxe property, we knew it would be a tough sale. Out of all the agents, Sanjeev was the only one to recommend auction. In three weeks we had a successful result.

So happy with Sanjeev's reliable and professional service. His knowledge of the area was first rate and assisted us so much. Also he always such nice and available.

Excellent, professional, superb are some of the words that comes to mind when trying to describe the service we received while working with Sanjeev. We were timely information of any updates or feedbacks. I would not hesitate to recommend Sanjeev as an agent. His dedication and service with a SMILE with his cheerful personality can not be justly described with words.

I would like to express my appreciation to you and the team at Ray White Kellyville for the very successful sale of my property at Glendenning which was completed in an unbelievably quick time frame and achieved an excellent result way above my expectations. The entire sale process was hassle free and a much more pleasant experience than I had anticipated. From the highly professional marketing, to the open house which saw more than 80 people going through the property, there were no problems whatsoever and the follow-up communication was always very prompt and informative. You represented Ray White Kellyville in an exemplary manner with your extreme dedication and should the opportunity arise, I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone considering selling their home in the area.

Hi Sanjeev, We just wanted to write and express our gratitude for selling our home for a tremendous price at the first open home! Originally, I wanted a local agent, but my gut told me to go with you guys. I am so grateful as you smashed any result a local agent would achieve. To have over 120 people at our open home really made us proud. Your service, marketing, presentation, everything was perfect! My wife and I are still shocked at the price. As mentioned, we would not hesitate for a second recommending you to our friends for selling. Well done fellas! Paul and Jenny
