Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to make sure the sales process was seamless, and all parties were happy and kept well-informed. Even down to the thoughtful Welcome Pack left in the kitchen when we moved in, including details of useful local businesses, and her follow-up phone calls, just to make sure everything was going OK, she made the whole experience pleasant and friendly. For someone moving into a new, unknown area, this makes me feel like I have made a good decision, and already feel at home here, knowing there are local people like Sara (and not to forget Lucy in the Office who has also been super-responsive, friendly and helpful) looking after you. ...and at the end of the day, they are just really nice people!
