From the moment I first inspected the property, right throughout the sale and after-sales service, she has simply been wonderful to deal with and super-helpful. Her local knowledge cannot be surpassed, and her understanding of her client's needs was evident from Day 1. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to make sure the sales process was seamless, and all parties were happy and kept well-informed. Even down to the thoughtful Welcome Pack left in the kitchen when we moved in, including details of useful local businesses, and her follow-up phone calls, just to make sure everything was going OK, she made the whole experience pleasant and friendly. For someone moving into a new, unknown area, this makes me feel like I have made a good decision, and already feel at home here, knowing there are local people like Sara (and not to forget Lucy in the Office who has also been super-responsive, friendly and helpful) looking after you. ...and at the end of the day, they are just really nice people!
