Once I had decided to sell, I invited a number of agents to look at my house and offer an appraisal. There was little difference in the appraisals themselves but Scott stood out from the others with his keenness, friendliness and professionalism. I sensed that he would work diligently on my behalf and I was not disappointed. Scott also impressed with his general presentation: well-groomed, well-spoken and very knowledgeable. If not immediately available, Scott very promptly returned my calls. He displayed great patience and concern, ever aware my situation, i.e. a bereft widow needing to leave her home of twenty-five years and in which she had been very happy. My house sold very quickly but at no time was I disappointed in the sale price. I believe Scott knew his product and his clientele. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team.
