If you want an honest, no B.S. agent to sell your property, then Scott and his team are the best. They are personable, likeable, set realistic expectations, factual data to support the listing price, kept us informed during the process and did what they say they would do. Thankyou Scott and the team.

Scott and Katrina were very helpful and took the time to understand what we were looking for and to tell us what was available in the area Were obliging with showing us through the property on several occasions

Easy approachable, kept us up to date on the purchase and was well accepted as a medium between us and the seller. Found him very professional in the real estate arena and this helped to put us to ease with this purchase of our new house.

Scott, was fantastic, his team were very efficient, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he went the extra mile for me. He kept me informed of everything, to me he and Katrina are the best agents in Hervey Bay. I had my property on market for 6 months without a bite as single bathroom and toilet, he came along with his total professionalism and sold my house within a month, I would recommend him and his team to everyone who is looking for the best Agent in Hervey Bay

We appointed Scott & Katrina because they were very straitforward and enthusiastic. From the start, despite some difficulties of our own making, Scott set about putting in place all of the marketing steps he had promised. Then he kept in regular communication to keep us up to date with progress. While neighbouring properties that went on the market long before ours remained unsold, Scott found our buyer. Mitchells Realty satisfied us as no other agent ever has.

My sister from Melb & I from Brisbane were jointly selling Mum's property in Hervey Bay. Scott was very helpful with this in mind. He kept us both up to date at all times and had a no nonsense attitude. We were pretty happy with the outcome considering.
