Jane and myself could not fault any of our dealings with both Katrina and Scott. Nothing was too much effort -every question we had was followed up promptly (like asking for a second inspection of this property within two hours of the first inspection and numerous negotiations with the vendors). The take-a-way brochure provided by the agency on this property is one that we have never come across before and was great to show and discuss with our family and friends. As we had a 90 day settlement, the brochure was invaluable to flip through and check on room layouts, colour schemes and room dimensions weeks later into the contract. They assisted and worked closely with our finance broker and solicitor in meeting contract timelines. Following settlement we were presented with an information pack which has been invaluable given that we are new to the area and made it so much easier when selecting removalists and dealing with connection of services like gas, power and water. Lastly we even received a phone call a couple of days later to see how we were going with our shift into our new home. Scott and Katrina are friendly, always cheerful and do everything to ensure that you have a happy experience in your purchase. The values and attitudes of Scott and Katrina are also reflected in their exceptional staff who treat you like a family and nothing is to much to ask. When it comes time to sell down the track, we believe that we would feel the same way from a sellers perspective and to this end, we will be following up Scott and Katrina. Katrina went out of her way to show us many houses and made it possible to view the house we did end up buying at least three time over two days .Highly recommend dealing with Chris and Katrina .
