He always kept me informed of when a home open was happening, how many people came through and overall he went the extra mile and got me an offer in around a month of signing with him. Although, sadly, I didn't get quite the price I was wanting, but the market is where the market is and I will be walking away without a debt and possibly a small amount of funds left over
Shane is an absolute legend! I engaged him to sell my parents house and I needed a trustworthy professional . After talking to Shane and briefing him on my expectations and the concerns my parents had of selling their home of many years he listened and delivered .
