Shane was referred by a friend and I'm happy I chose to go with him. He has a lot of knowledge of the industry, area the sale is in, and market trends. I didn't quite get the price I was after, which I definitely feel was due to the bad sellers market at the time. Shane did well to get the most out of the buyer without pushing them away and provided me with plenty of information to show it was the market trending issue lowering my price with similar sales in the area, and stats showing the current market.
