Shane Beaumont has been our agent for several projects, and in this current project of which 100% has been sold he worked extra hard due to some extraordinary issues with the local council! His commitment and professionalism has been fantastic. A great agent.
Shane was brilliant in getting an offer accepted in under 2 weeks through his large database of buyers. Not only did he offer helpful advice prior to putting the house on the market but he was able to negotiate the best price possible in a tough market. Can not be more happy with price he was able to get in such a short time on the market. On top of this, he guided us through a tedious and unexpectedly long settlement process, successfully being a conduit between seller, buyer and all other parties involved. Have nothing bad to say about Shane and will never hesitate to recommend him to others. Definitely helps to have a great agent like Shane in a highly stressful selling market!
Shane has done a great job for us in a very difficult market ,he has just sold the last of 6 home units in Kenwick which is a huge weight off our shoulders , we had to accept lower prices which we expected due to the downturn in the market and the amount of home units for sale ,overall we were very pleased the way Shane was able to achieve market interest in bad times. Thanks Shane for the great work you have achieved for us we appreciate it very much
I'm incredibly grateful to have been dealing with Shane Beaumont. Shane was very helpful throughout the process and easy to deal with. He has so kindly to accommodate all of our requests.
Easy to communicate with, great help, made the process real easy. Thanks for the snacks!
If you want a fast sale you need to work with Shane. He and his assistant are great, they work hard to get your house sold. Our house was sold in 10 days, he thought outside the box when it came to for sale signs as we live on a busy road and people do not have the time to read lengthy boards. Sometimes you may not be able to get through to Shane on the phone immediately, but he or his assistant will get back to you very quickly. His knowledge of the area is fantastic and he listened to the concerns we had about selling in this market.
We would reccomend Shane to all sellers, after an expierance with two other agencies we brought Shane on and all started happening. His market knowlage and credibility gave us hope of a quick sale,as we where committed to a move to our villa in a life style village,His expertly negotiation and communication got us the sale and we are on our way.Shane has earned his five STAR on his ability to Communicate/Negotiate / Market Knowlage plus his Credibility.Thank You Shane.
Shane kept us informed at each stage of the process including negotiations with prospective buyers. Excellent outcome and would recommend Shane for his knowledge, honesty and ability to market the property to maximise the sale price.
Was very informative and happy to find any info out, smooth easy process.
Shane has done it again we were more than happy with what was achieved with our 6 unit project at 99 Kenwick Rd Kenwick with 4 sales but things stalled for a short period and we were thinking it could be a problem getting the final 2 sold Shane pulled another rabbit out of the hat which we were very happy and are confident the last one will follow soon. Well done Shane
House sold in first week, and we were very pleased with the service and outcome. Many thanks to the team.
Shane and his assistant Maria were very good to work with throughout the whole process.
