Shane was professional and approachable, purchase was facilitated with low fuss an great communication. Highly recommended.

Just did his job with any followup and got settlement early

I highly recommend Shane, his knowledge on the area and help with zoning when purchasing my investment in Gosnells was so helpful. He gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision and nothing was ever too much trouble, he answered all of my stupid questions with care and accuracy. I have dealt with a lot of agents in the industry and none no their stuff quite like Shane. As a seller, you can trust that your property is in the safest hands with Shane and as a buyer, you could not feel more informed when purchasing your biggest asset. Thanks to Maria also for making everything throughout the process seamless.

both Shane and Maria were very professional . made it easy and very helpful .

Shane has worked very hard on our latest project of 6 build strata units at 99 Kenwick Rd Kenwick and has sold 4 which is great in todays market . Shane sends a full review on a weekly basis giving us updates on numbers of all inquiries etc . I have no hesitation in recommending Shane to anyone wanting the best agent available

Shane was a fantastic agent that really did go out of his way to provide excellent service. He worked around the clock to provide assistance and was very flexible throughout the sales process. We valued his honesty and professionalism. I will definitely recommend him to others!!

After having a couple of appraisals, Shane indicated the market value of our property was higher than other appraisals. We had an offer on our house within 6 days of it being on the market, for asking price! Not only was Shane initiative, he was able to easily work out a few sticky situations. Maria (his assistant) and Shane were very prompt with responding to queries, and always helpful with our questions. We'd highly recommend them to our friends and family to use as their agent in the future.

Shane is simply awesome. He sold our house in under a week for the price we wanted. Excellent communication and went above and beyond. Stop looking for the best real estate agent, you have just found him.

Shane was very professional and helpful throughout the whole purchasing process.

Shane demonstrated great market value knowledge and worked tirelessly to sell my property within a month. The property was well advertised and he kept me informed during the selling period as well as provided good advice.

Property sold within 2 weeks

Shane always went above and beyond what was expected and solved issues he didn't have to help with. Lots of extra effort was put in and we will absolutely be recommending Shane to those we know.
