I chose to have 3 appraisals before I made a decision on which agent I would choose to sell my Mother's property. Shane did the second appraisal and I was very impressed with his professional attitude , I was presented with an envelope which gave me an insight into his experience as an agent. Out of the 3 agents he was just so positive and he was also willing to market the property at a higher price even though the other agents had pointed out that the market was tough and a high price would put people off. I was also very pleased with the photographs that were taken of the property. I was so amazed at how quickly the property went under offer and Shane was always in communication from start to finish.
