I chose to have 3 appraisals before I made a decision on which agent I would choose to sell my Mother's property. Shane did the second appraisal and I was very impressed with his professional attitude , I was presented with an envelope which gave me an insight into his experience as an agent. Out of the 3 agents he was just so positive and he was also willing to market the property at a higher price even though the other agents had pointed out that the market was tough and a high price would put people off. Shane was very professional and easy to do business with. He would always return your call, any questions asked were answered and if he didn't know the answer he always got back to you in good time with an answer. Showing us through the apartment was never too hard, he was always accommodating with when we could look at it and he followed up after each visit to the apartment for feedback but we never found him to be too pushy.
