The reason I chose Shane was the fact that he rang me three times before I even met him then kept me up to date on a very regular basis on how things were progressing. The other real estate agent did not phone me for a week after inspecting the unit for sale but Shane phoned me from there after his inspection and kept me informed. Shane is well aware of the market and helpful during the offer and settlement process by providing contact details of settlement agents, pest controller etc. However, Shane need to be approachable all the time by phone as well as hand-over the keys with a clean and tidy house.
