Thankfully our agent Shane Beaumont from One Residential had good market knowledge of the area we were selling our investment property in. We were advised that the housing price in the area would be declining in the near future and to take the offer on the table. His advice was correct and has since fallen significantly. We managed to get out for a good price and the process went smoothly and hassle free.
