I was only with Sharon for just over an hour, from inspecting the house to quickly buying it, so I didn't have that much time with her. But she was very professional, friendly, and fast in her work. I only wish someone at the inspection and auction had told me that the current tenants in the house I bought have their lease until the 20th of August, which was very important information for me to know ahead of buying the house. At the time of buying the house I didn't have the chance to find this information in the contract for myself and incorrectly assumed that the tenants would be out by the settlement date. Luckily, the tenants may agree to move out earlier than the 20th of August. I am still glad I bought the house despite this. I may have passed on buying it if I knew tenants were there until August 20 thinking that it is too long to wait, so I have to thank Sharon for her skilful persuasion and encouragement as I am happy that I finally have my own house.
