Sharon had a right approach to the selling of the property - making sure that I was well-informed and that she took care with the property. She was kind to my friend who was helping me with the property purchase, and Sharon was accommodating to my needs. I did not expect that she would be very understanding of my requirements for further information about the logistics, and I felt comfortable with her attention to detail to the needs. Sharon was very diligent to get all of the contracts set-ups between my solicitor, mortgage broker ad myself. I was happy with the prompt email replies and giving me time to get everything sorted out. She is down to earth with her text message exchange - short and straightforward and proper use of emoticons to express her thoughts. This brought a humorous side to the exchanges. I would recommend Sharon to anyone who is buying (which was unique in my case). However, I would expect that she was an excellent agent to the seller as well. From my interactions with Sharon in a short month period, I would recommend her. I have not interacted with other agents before (to be honest), however, because she was accommodating to my needs, diligent and down-to-earth, I think that would be enough justification to give Sharon 5/5 stars!
