We needed our property sold and Solomon got it done. Communication was all around good, but could have been better regarding the negotiation process. Sometimes felt a touch of pressure to drop price "This is the best you're going to get". We ended up signing the contract for $10k less than what we were hoping. I was the designated contact to talk to, yet the agent continued to call my wife (who is the softer of the two of us). At the end of the day, the deal got done and that's what really matters in this market. So for that I'm grateful. I hope this feedback improves their service. Overall, happy with the outcome.

Picked us up from home and took us to see the property without any of the, "Yeah..OK. I suppose I can do that." He was most keen to help. He was acting for both the vendor AND the buyer, without being pushy. We felt that we were the only people that mattered...There was no rush to move on.
