Solomon in conjunction with Andrew were the agents appointed to sell my unit in Middle street Cleveland. I dealt mainly with Solomon. Solomon was very punctual to all meetings and made himself readily available. Some of the business processes are different to other agents and these took a bit of getting used to. Although I found Solomon fine to deal with I am not sure of Andrew but to be fair I did not have a lot of dealings with him. I do believe that an independent review of his business would be of benefit to the business.
Team Solomon made the process of selling so easy. Solomon and his agents are bursting with expertise, market and local knowledge and communication was paramount through the whole process. I would never ever deal with any other agent in Brisbane after my experience with TS Estate Agents. Once you have had champagne it's hard to go back to soda water.

Solomon is well connected in the area and was most helpful in suggesting people we could contact to help with getting the house ready for selling. Solomon worked hard to sell our house in a difficult market place. Unfortunately Solomon over rated the value of the property and we lost some early potential buyers. Solomon did not initiate much communication but was happy to answer questions as we went along. Solomon's office team are exceptional!
